Shipping

US Domestic Orders

  • Orders ship via USPS Priority, Ground Advantage or FedEx Ground
  • P.O. Box addresses and APO/FPO deliveries ship via USPS Priority Mail
  • Orders are processed for shipment within 24-48 hours
  • Orders received Friday after 1 pm Pacific West Coast Time will ship Monday
  • Orders received Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday
  • No orders are processed or shipped on U.S. national holidays
  • Allow 2-5 days for domestic delivery USPS  Priority  
  • Allow 4-8 days for domestic delivery for USPS or FedEx 
  • All orders allow for convenient tracking 

Canadian Orders

  • Orders to Canada ship via USPS or FedEx 
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and address.
  • Shipping charges do not include customs fees and taxes.
  • Please note: Customs Processing Fees or Sales Tax are payable by the customer prior to release of shipment by Canadian Customs. 
  • USPS shipping takes 6 -15 days to Canada 
  • FedEx transit is approximately 3-5 days to Canada.
  • We cannot be responsible for shipment delays at Canadian Customs or Canadian Postal Service.

Foreign Destinations

  • You may calculate shipping charges online by placing an order without completing it, or contact us at [email protected]
  • Taxes & Duties & Customs Processing fees are paid by the customer and are not part of the shipping charges. 
  •  Any questions regarding shipping outside the United States, please contact us [email protected].

Returns (Refunds) and Exchanges

  • We accept returns up to 30 days of receipt of purchase for an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price as long as the item meets our return policy.
  • Refunds on Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item.  However, the bank may take several days. 
  • Returns received after 30 days and up to 90 days will be charged a 10% administration/restocking fee of the purchase price.
  • No returns or exchanges after 90 days. 
  • Return/Exchange items must be unworn, unwashed with the original tags and a copy of the invoice as proof of purchase.
  • Returns/Exchanges without a copy of the purchase invoice or garment tag will be charged a 10% administration fee
  • If Refund - check Refund box or write Refund. 
  • If Exchange - tell us which skirt(s) you like for us to ship including size and lengths. 
  • The customer is responsible to securely package merchandise for return.
  • The customer pays to ship the item to newCreation Returns.
  • We offer free shipping to mail an exchange back to the customer.  This is one time free shipping back to the customer per invoice within the USA only.  
  • The customers pays to return an item back to us and we pay to ship an exchange back to the customer.
  • Customers outside of the USA are required to pay shipping both directions for an exchange. 

No Return authorization is required provided all of the above requirements are met.

Return Steps

  • Enclose the original or a copy of the sales receipt/invoice.
  • You may fill out the Return form on the back of the invoice or print the Return Form (PDF) from our website or write on the copy of your invoice. 
  • A Return Address label (PDF) can be printed from our website. It is only an address label not a prepaid label.
  • Securely package the return and mail to:
